Make Life Kind Partners with Hotel Football to Support Youth Clubs and Young People
Make Life Kind is proud to share the impact of a recent partnership with Hotel Football, whose generous donation of TVs has helped strengthen youth provision and support young people in some of the UK’s most under-resourced communities.
At Make Life Kind, we believe kindness is most powerful when it is practical. This partnership allowed us to place valuable resources directly into trusted youth spaces and homes, where they could be used every day to support creativity, connection, and wellbeing.
Supporting Youth Clubs on the Frontline
The donated TVs were distributed to established youth clubs that work closely with young people on a daily basis, including Moss Side Powerhouse, Manchester Youth Zone, and a central youth club in Liverpool known locally as The Cenny.
Each club received one/multiple TVs, which have been installed permanently within their spaces. These screens are now being used to support group activities such as film screenings, creative workshops, mentoring sessions, and open discussions around wellbeing and life skills. By enhancing shared spaces, the TVs help youth workers engage young people in ways that feel relevant, inclusive, and inspiring.
Direct Support to Young People
In addition to supporting youth clubs, several TVs were donated directly to young people living in deprived circumstances. These young people were identified by experienced youth workers who understand their communities and know which individuals would benefit most from additional support.
This approach ensured the donations were distributed with care and dignity, reaching young people who may face economic hardship, isolation, or limited access to creative and digital resources at home.
Creating Lasting Impact
The TVs donated by Hotel Football are now practical tools that support positive outcomes across communities. They help create safe spaces where young people can connect, express themselves, and feel seen. They also empower youth workers by giving them better resources to deliver engaging and meaningful sessions.
